Closing Down Protection

To dissolve your company means removing it from the official Companies House register. Our close-down protection service is available if you determine your company is no longer necessary, valid for 12 months.

This package includes the Companies House fee, completion and filing of the DSO1 form, board resolution for dissolution approval, and ongoing use of our registered and business address service until your company closure.

Confirmation Statement (Managed Filing)

A confirmation statement is an annual report for Companies House, providing updates on directors, secretary, registered office address, shareholders, share capital, and individuals with significant control. It must be filed every 12 months, with the first statement due one year after your date of incorporation.
