Step 2: Select your package

Select a company registration package starting from £54.99 for straightforward incorporation, or protect your privacy by adding our company address service, which registers your business at our prestigious City of London Office, including mail handling for official correspondence from Companies House.

Alternatively, our ultimate package provides your company with a registered address and business address, which includes additional virtual office services plus the reassurance of having your first confirmation statement filed for you to HMRC.

Step 3: Register your Details

Once your company registration package has been processed, if you have chosen basic company formation you will be asked to enter a company address, which will be visible on the public register. If you have chosen a package that includes a registered address then your company address is automatically registered to our London office.

You will also need to add your business activities, an email address for Companies House (which will not appear on the public register) and verifiable details of your company director(s), which will be subject to an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check.

Step 4: Complete the AML check

All directors and persons of significant control in a company are required to have an AML check (anti money laundering).

You will need to provide a photo ID document and proof of address. The photo ID could be either a passport or driving licence. You must provide an image with you holding the photo ID, so that we can compare your face with the photo on your ID.

Your proof of address document can be any government issued document or bank/building society document. These must have been issued within the last 3 months.

Step 5: Submit and check your email

Once you have uploaded all the information you need to set up a company, click submit, and we will do the rest.

When we have checked all your details and carried out the AML checks, we will submit your incorporation to Companies House.

Companies House can take up to 5 days to approve your incorporation (unless you have selected the same day service), and we will email you as soon as your incorporation has been approved.

Step 6: You are ready to go!

Once you have completed your company registration, your business is incorporated with Companies House, and you will be able to view and download your company incorporation statement, articles of association, and your Companies House authentication code.
