Register your details
Next, you’ll need to confirm the company address, the number of shares, intended business activities, and provide an email address for official correspondence from Companies House.
Complete the AML check
All company directors and persons of significant control are required to provide both a photo ID document and proof of address as part of the legally required Anti Money Laundering (AML) check.
Submit and check your email
Once all information has been submitted, our team will confirm your identity from the details you provided, and once approved, submit your incorporation to Companies House. We will email you once the incorporation has been successful!
You’re ready to go!
Once your company registration is complete, you will receive an email from us with the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association attached. These will also now be available to view on the Companies House website.
Incorporating your Business with our London Address
All Limited companies must provide an official address to Companies House when registering a business to receive mail from Companies House and HMRC, and to appear on the public register on the Companies House website.

Company Registered Address- The Recommended Package

Registered Business Address- The Pro Package
Unlike a Company Registered Address, a Business Address is not a legal requirement for company formation. Sometimes described as a ‘virtual office service’, registering with a Business Address includes the Recommended package with the added benefit of sending all statutory and other business mail to us for processing, not just mail from Companies House and HMRC.
